5. One of the most helpful double chin exercises is to stand or sit down comfortably and slowly open up your mouth as wide as you can. You could stick out your tongue as well. Stay in the posture for a few seconds then do it again.

6. Lie down on your belly. Put your head on a pillow and gradually tilt your head backwards. This stretches the neck and is actually a good exercise for your double chin.
