Find a posture where you can be absolutely still. Some peole find that simply lying down flat is best. This is alright as long as you do not fall asleep! Either of these positions or anything somewhere between is just fine as long as you are going to be absolutely still and comfortable but not asleep.

Step 5: Remember to Breathe
